Empowering adults in Marlboro County to achieve stability!  

Jobs Readiness-Marlboro Program aims to address workforce development for those underemployed, unemployed, unskilled, and those facing employment barriers. Marlboro continues to lead the state in unemployment and poverty levels. We can make a difference.

To combat Marlboro County's high unemployment and poverty, our program will partner with local community organizations, municipal leadership, employers and the local faith-based community. Our goal is to train and prepare at least 100 people for employment or school  in our first year.
